Payroll Officer

About the role

myAlfred is looking for a Payroll Officer to manage monthly payroll for its on‑shore and off‑shore workforce across multiple Alfred Holdings entities. The role is office‑based in Dubai and works closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payment processing.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate monthly payroll, including salary changes, incentives, deductions and adjustments.
• Prepare separate payroll workbooks and payment files for multiple entities (WPS SIF, non‑WPS, Exchange, etc.).
• Reconcile attendance, leave, salary proration and final settlements.
• Issue monthly payslips, salary certificates and respond to employee payroll queries.
• Perform payroll checks, variance analysis and maintain supporting records.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of payroll experience with practical UAE payroll knowledge.
• Hands‑on experience preparing and validating WPS Salary Information Files (SIF) and non‑WPS payment files.
• Ability to handle payroll for multiple entities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies, investigate causes and resolve them.
