About the role

We are seeking an energetic HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding across multiple business units in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Source talent locally and internationally.
Build partnerships with hospitality and vocational institutes.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Maintain talent pipelines and employer branding.
Track recruitment metrics and ensure hiring compliance.

Required profile

2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Background in Hospitality, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, or Service industries preferred.
Experience in international sourcing is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of ATS platforms and UAE recruitment practices is a plus.
