HR Manager – Healthcare Services (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Via Medica, part of the International SOS Group, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function across its UAE operations. This senior role will combine strategic direction with hands‑on leadership to drive people initiatives, support business growth and enhance employee engagement in a fast‑moving, multicultural healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead workforce planning, organisational design, talent acquisition, onboarding and retention for healthcare and corporate professionals.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, leadership development and employee engagement programmes.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, benefits administration and HR systems.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce analytics to inform business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company standards and medical workforce registration requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Management or HR Business Partnering.
• Proven experience within the healthcare, medical or healthcare services sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee‑relations practices.
• Hands‑on experience across recruitment, performance management, payroll, benefits, HR systems and compliance.
• Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural, matrix environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
