Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist delivers end‑to‑end recruitment for IMI's corporate, commercial and media functions, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners while providing a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent vacancies from intake to onboarding, meeting time‑to‑hire and quality targets.
• Run structured intake meetings, challenge unrealistic briefs with market data, and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Headhunt passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals and market mapping, reducing reliance on external agencies.
• Screen, interview, assess and present focused shortlists; manage offer negotiations and closing.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs and keep stakeholders updated on pipeline health.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience and coordinate pre‑employment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain compliance with IMI HR policies, UAE Labour Law, and keep accurate ATS records for audit and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of recruitment experience, including agency, executive search or RPO exposure.
• Proven direct‑sourcing and headhunting capability, especially in the UAE/GCC market.
• Strong stakeholder management, offer negotiation and data‑driven pipeline tracking.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
