HR Manager – Independent Multi‑Concept Hospitality Group

About the role

Radiant Hospitality is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people function for its independent, design‑focused hospitality portfolio in Dubai. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Partners and the Head Accountant, you will own the full HR remit end‑to‑end and shape the group’s people strategy from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment and talent acquisition cycle for head‑office and venue teams.
• Coordinate staffing plans with department and venue managers, anticipating seasonal peaks.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including performance improvement, terminations and off‑boarding.
• Develop and administer performance evaluation programmes and support career development.
• Administer compensation structures, conduct salary benchmarking and ensure accurate payroll data for the Head Accountant.
• Identify training needs, organise learning programmes and support succession planning.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes, visas, Emirates ID and WPS.
• Maintain accurate employee records and continuously update HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably in the UAE.
• Fluency in UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience managing recruitment, employee relations and payroll processes.
