About the role
Join JA Hatta Fort Hotel as a Human Resources Officer and help create a positive workplace culture for associates. You will support daily HR operations, coordinate employee services, and ensure a seamless associate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end vacation process, including flight ticket issuance.
- Assist with daily HR department operations and attendance/payroll submissions.
- Support associates with HR queries, documentation, and employee‑engagement activities.
- Prepare certificates, birthday cards, name badges and other associate communications.
- Coordinate transportation requests, disciplinary meetings, investigations and maintain accurate HR records.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
