Talent Investment Lead - Senior Manager, Executive Search

About the role

PwC is looking for a Talent Investment Lead (Senior Manager) in Dubai within its Internal Firm Services line of service. The role leads partner recruitment and team builds for a line of service, in line with PwC Middle East's investment and growth strategy, and covers the full end-to-end executive search process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead partner recruitment and team builds for the line of service, delivering partner hires through a direct sourcing model and strengthening internal search capability.
• Produce detailed regional and global talent maps and intelligence reports on competitors and senior talent across markets.
• Work with leadership teams and partners to design the recruitment go-to-market strategy and manage complex, end-to-end recruitment processes to Global PwC standards.
• Lead and develop a team of senior associates, managers and contingent experts, and deliver a quality in-house recruitment service and candidate experience.
• Manage diversity hiring strategies, project hiring and team builds for new service offerings, and build relationships with a pipeline of senior talent.
• Manage relationships with agencies and executive search firms, and work on leadership and succession projects as assigned.
• Report recruitment data and statistics to leadership, run performance improvement initiatives, and automate parts of the hiring process.
• Build a partner-specific ATS with hiring and psychometric data and track senior candidates' movement between competitors.

Required profile

• 15+ years of recruitment experience is essential.
• Professional Services or Big 4 expertise, and knowledge of the Middle East, is essential.
• Experience sourcing candidates with professional services experience internationally and across the Middle East is essential.
• Degree or field of study not specified.

Required skills

• Proficiency in recruitment technology.
• Selection techniques including competency-based interviewing, psychometric testing and leadership assessments.
• Excellent interpersonal, report writing and verbal communication skills.
