Organisational Effectiveness Specialist

About the role

The Organisational Effectiveness Specialist supports the delivery and continuous improvement of Organisation Design and Effectiveness initiatives across Mediclinic Middle East. Working with the Director of HR Operations and OE, the role coordinates organisation design activities, maintains HR OPs/OE governance frameworks and policies, and applies organisation design and effectiveness methodologies to analyse organisational structures, job architecture and recommend evidence-based improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Organisation Design and Organisation Effectiveness initiatives.
• Apply Job Architecture frameworks and develop and maintain Job Profiles.
• Lead defined workstreams within Organisation Effectiveness, HR Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Conduct organisation design analysis, including span of control, organisational layers, role alignment and job architecture placement, and recommend design options.
• Gather data and provide reporting.
• Provide governance, administration and stakeholder support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of progressive human resources experience, with exposure to organisation design, effectiveness and change management, and experience in project coordination and governance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of organisational culture transformation, organisation design and change management methodologies, and job design principles.
• Continuous improvement skills and project coordination and planning.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• English verbal and written communication.
• Computer literacy with strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills, and the ability to learn new systems.
