About the role

The In‑Room Dining Waiter/Waitress provides elegant, personalized service to guests in the privacy of their rooms at the Forbes Five‑Star Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre. The role demands warm, efficient service, thorough product knowledge and a passion for exceeding guest expectations in line with Waldorf Astoria brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional and timely in‑room dining service.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries with a service‑oriented approach.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, beverages and all in‑room dining offerings.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in full compliance with licensing regulations.
• Maintain fully stocked, organized mise‑en‑place and floor stations.
• Ensure food and beverage orders are accurate, well‑presented and delivered promptly.
• Report operational or guest‑related issues according to established procedures.
• Uphold Hilton grooming standards, personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Comply with hotel health, safety, fire and security policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments for seamless service delivery.
