In‑house Recruiter – High‑Volume Hiring in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced in‑house Recruiter to join our Dubai team, responsible for end‑to‑end, high‑volume recruitment across corporate and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own full recruitment cycle for junior to mid‑level positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, prioritising up to 15+ active roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles and provide market insights.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Lead offer discussions, negotiate within approved compensation frameworks and close candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and pipeline updates.
• Support the broader recruitment team with sourcing and hiring projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, handling high volumes of vacancies.
• Proven ability to source, screen, interview and negotiate offers across corporate and commercial functions.
• Strong direct sourcing and pipeline‑building capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience recruiting for sales, construction or similar commercial roles is a plus.
