Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will design, develop, deliver and administer training programmes that enhance employee knowledge, skills, behaviours and performance, supporting the organisation's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training interventions aligned with the Talent Management strategy.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create programmes that improve performance and productivity.
• Plan the annual training calendar, coordinating internal and external programmes to boost skills, quality of work and alignment with company values.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees and leaders, ensuring engaging and interactive content.
• Manage the training budget, allocating resources effectively across the organisation.
• Identify and partner with external vendors, measuring their performance to secure high‑quality learning solutions.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders to develop their teams.
• Conduct post‑training surveys to evaluate programme effectiveness, vendor performance and learning retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certification in Assessment and Learning and/or CIPD in Learning and Development (level 3 or 5) preferred.
• Certified Coach or Certified NLP practitioner preferred.
