Inspector Civil Finishing

About the role

As an Inspector Civil Finishing you will ensure that all civil and finishing works on our Abu Dhabi projects meet the highest quality, safety and regulatory standards. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors and project teams to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and UAE construction codes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct systematic inspections of civil and finishing works to confirm adherence to drawings, specifications and construction standards.
• Supervise on‑site activities, coordinating with contractors and project teams to maintain quality and safety protocols.
• Document inspection findings accurately, prepare detailed technical reports and maintain comprehensive records for project archives.
• Analyse materials, methods and workmanship, identify non‑conformances and recommend corrective actions promptly.
• Verify that all work complies with UAE building codes, construction regulations and project‑specific requirements.
• Communicate inspection results, project updates and compliance status clearly to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor site safety compliance and support the implementation of safety measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inspecting civil and finishing works on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical documentation.
• Effective communication skills for reporting to project teams and stakeholders.
