Interior Designer / Architect (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer/Architect to join our team, focusing on projects that require a UAE national. The role involves creating innovative interior concepts, preparing detailed design documentation, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and design presentations.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and preferences.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, regulations, and budgets.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
• Manage timelines and ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
