About the role
We are seeking an experienced JAFZA Visa & Immigration Specialist (PRO) to manage all visa and immigration processes for our company operating in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Handle employment, investor and partner visas (new applications, renewals, cancellations).
- Manage establishment card applications and visa quota allocation.
- Coordinate medical tests, Emirates ID issuance and visa stamping.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE immigration regulations.
- Maintain immigration files and update portal records.
- Assist with license amendments related to visa matters.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of direct JAFZA visa experience.
- Strong knowledge of the JAFZA portal and UAE immigration procedures.
- Experience managing visa quotas and establishment cards.
- Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the JAFZA portal.
