Junior Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The company is looking for a Junior Maintenance Engineer to join its production team in Dubai. You will support the maintenance and repair of the factory’s mechanical, electrical and electronic systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop efficient strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Document maintenance activities and generate detailed reports.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Stay updated on advancements in electrical and electronic engineering.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Relevant experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a factory setting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and safety‑conscious attitude.
