Key Account Manager – Modern Trade (UAE)

About the role

Beiersdorf is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic modern‑trade accounts in the UAE, including Carrefour, Lulu and Spinneys. You will drive net sales, market share and profitability through joint business planning, omnichannel execution and close coordination with distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) and commercial negotiations, setting terms, visibility and activation plans.
• Own 4P execution for each account, ensuring clear ROI and disciplined S&OP inputs.
• Translate EPOS, shopper and market data into actionable forecasts and demand‑shaping initiatives.
• Manage customer budgets, financial reconciliation and forecast accuracy.
• Orchestrate distributor execution, working with shopper marketing, finance and supply‑chain teams.
• Ensure store‑level availability, planogram compliance and promotional execution.
• Monitor competitive activity and maintain high‑quality weekly sell‑out data.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of Key Account Management experience in modern trade, preferably within a multinational FMCG company.
• Proven experience with UAE retailers such as Carrefour and Lulu is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in Joint Business Planning and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical abilities and fluency in English.
