About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Wargaming Research and Systems Analyst to drive modeling, simulation, and analysis (M&SA) for its advanced defense systems. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role will initially be hired in London before relocating to support the new simulation center in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

Produce, iterate, and support M&SA, including wargaming and experimentation for Anduril products.
Develop and deploy simulation scenarios using Python and YAML.
Train customers on Anduril capabilities and conduct internal analyses to improve current and future products.
Translate operational needs into system architecture, performance trade‑offs, and mission‑level outcomes.
Lead an agile team of wargaming analysts and act as the primary owner of the simulation center.

Required profile

Proven experience in military operations analysis or defense‑related systems engineering.
Strong ability to reason across operational concepts and technical system designs.
Excellent communication skills to convey how design decisions affect operational utility.
