Logistics Associate

About the role

Haier is seeking a Logistics Associate to join its fast‑moving supply chain team in Dubai. The role focuses on inbound shipment handling, inventory control, and warehouse coordination within a consumer electronics distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound stock operations and coordinate warehouse activities.
• Generate inventory reports, perform stock reconciliation and maintain ledger accuracy.
• Assess inventory levels to avoid overstock and mitigate stock‑out risks.
• Track and process Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, handling any missing logs.
• Verify logistics invoices and support timely payments to third‑party logistics partners.
• Collaborate with internal logistics teams, carriers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on logistics experience, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems quickly.
• Effective cross‑functional communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data matching, reporting templates, inventory modelling).
