Logistics Executive / Coordinator

About the role

Agri Ventures FZC is seeking a meticulous Logistics Executive / Coordinator to manage cross‑border shipments and ensure smooth end‑to‑end supply‑chain movements. The role is based in Dubai and works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver agro‑chemical products worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage import and export shipments from booking to final site delivery.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transport partners and customs clearing agents.
• Prepare and control export/import documentation such as Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Obtain and evaluate freight quotes, negotiate rates and select optimal vendors.
• Monitor ETD/ETA schedules, proactively resolve freight delays or transit disruptions.
• Maintain accurate shipment tracking records and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years proven logistics and freight experience in the UAE, preferably within manufacturing or export environments.
• Strong understanding of international sea and air freight operations and customs clearance procedures.
• Excellent problem‑solving and vendor‑relationship management abilities.
