Luxury Travel Consultant – Arabic & English (Overnight)

About the role

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Luxury Travel Consultant to join its UAE team on overnight shifts. You will be the first point of contact for premium clients, delivering high‑quality, bilingual service and managing a full spectrum of luxury travel and lifestyle requests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to premium customers via phone and email in Arabic and English during overnight hours.
• Prepare and deliver tailor‑made travel offers, detailed itineraries, and related documentation.
• Handle end‑to‑end booking processes, including flights, hotels, restaurants, clubs, yacht charters, spa and fitness sessions, event tickets, and transportation.
• Manage visa applications and other administrative procedures.
• Promote exclusive promotions and events, ensuring clients benefit from curated opportunities.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English (C2 level).
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent training, preferably in tourism.
• Minimum three years of experience in luxury concierge, hospitality, high‑end customer service, or the travel industry.
• Strong global destination knowledge and ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude aligned with Ten Group values.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Global Distribution System (GDS) – Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or Worldspan.
