Manager Loyalty Optimisation

About the role

Emirates Skywards, one of the world’s leading airline loyalty programmes, is seeking a senior commercial and analytical leader to optimise programme economics, drive member value and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to optimise programme economics and commercial performance across Earn, Reward and Cash+Miles propositions.
• Assess loyalty trends, competitive benchmarks and performance drivers to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Partner with Finance and loyalty specialists to enhance transparency of programme contributions.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement programme enhancements.
• Develop and present executive‑level KPIs, insights and performance updates for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Statistics or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in loyalty, commercial strategy, revenue management, pricing, analytics or related functions.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Leadership experience managing teams and delivering outcomes in complex environments.
