About the role
The company is seeking a target‑driven Marketing & Business Acquisition Executive to support its logistics and contracting operations in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring new business for concrete, demolition waste removal, bulk excavation and earth‑moving projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, negotiate and close deals for concrete and demolition waste removal, bulk excavation, and earth‑moving services.
- Engage and onboard main contractors, developers and project managers across the UAE.
- Prepare competitive proposals, rate agreements and coordinate with fleet operations.
- Liaise with Dubai Municipality for permits, gate passes and waste‑disposal compliance.
Required profile
- Familiarity with UAE transport, heavy cargo or earthworks industry.
- Valid UAE driving licence (top priority).
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam; Arabic a plus.
- Strong negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
