Senior Manager, Client Experience & Partnerships

About the role

Atelio is seeking a senior leader to drive relationship marketing across private clients, architects, and interior designers in the UAE. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will shape the client experience, CRM strategy, and brand partnerships to turn attention into lasting, valuable relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the client experience and CRM strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead segmentation, lifecycle programmes, and client insight generation.
• Build a clienteling framework with sales to drive repeat purchase and referrals.
• Design and execute an annual experiential marketing programme of launches, private viewings, trade gatherings and international fairs.
• Lead joint marketing plans and co‑investment initiatives with partner brands.
• Evolve the regional PR strategy, manage agency relationships and raise Atelio’s profile in design, art and lifestyle media.
• Own budget, KPIs and reporting, presenting results and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build and develop the internal team, manage agencies and suppliers, and set service standards for all clients.

Required profile

• 8+ years in marketing with at least 4 years leading CRM, client experience or experiential marketing.
• Experience managing a team and overseeing budgets and agencies.
• Background in a relationship‑led sector such as fashion, jewellery, beauty, auction houses, galleries, design, hospitality or real estate.
• Fluent English; Arabic and experience in Saudi Arabia are valued.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret client data and creative judgement to design experiences.
