Medical Sales Executive – Indoor, Arabic & English

About the role

We are seeking a confident, energetic Medical Sales Executive to work inside our Dubai nutrition centre. The role focuses on converting client consultations, inquiries and leads into sales of nutritional supplements, personalised nutrition programmes and physiotherapy packages. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their health, nutrition and wellness needs.
• Recommend and sell appropriate nutritional supplements, nutrition programmes and physiotherapy packages.
• Convert leads into sales through professional, ethical consultative selling.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up with new leads and existing clients to maximise repeat sales and retention.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists and the clinical team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Dietetics, Medicine, Biomedical Science or related field.
• Previous sales experience in healthcare, nutritional supplements or related medical services.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
