Membership Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Institute for Healthier Living Abu Dhabi is seeking a Membership Acquisition Manager to lead the growth of its high‑value member base. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work onsite, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver a premium experience for senior executives, business owners and high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage potential members across the UAE and GCC region.
• Guide prospects through the full acquisition cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing members, ensuring high satisfaction and renewal rates.
• Represent the institute at industry events, conferences and networking functions to raise brand visibility.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to align service delivery with member expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Significant experience in relationship management, private client advisory, business development or membership acquisition.
• Proven track record managing the full client relationship cycle with senior executives and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE and wider GCC market.
• Fluent English; Arabic is strongly preferred.
