Merchandising Coordinator (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to support the regional merchandising team on a temporary basis. The role will assist with buying activities, product training, market analysis and administrative coordination to ensure smooth execution of the season’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining buying files, uploading product images and information, and supporting data entry during buying campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate product feedback and ensure all files are accurate, visually clean, and easy to navigate.
• Create and format product training presentations and visual tools aligned with seasonal strategy.
• Track highly demanded products and market feedback, preparing concise summaries or visual overviews for management.
• Maintain file structures, shared folders, and track product deliveries, codes, or assortments as needed.
• Help keep calendars, deadlines, and deliverables on track to support smooth merchandising processes.

Required profile

• Valid UAE passport and UAE family book.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong learning agility, results‑driven attitude, and ability to work well in a team.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and good time‑management capabilities.
