About the role
We are looking for fluent Moroccan Arabic (Darija) speakers with at least a B2 level in English to provide real‑time phone interpretation for our clients in the UAE. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from a quiet home office anywhere within the country.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret English phone conversations into Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and vice versa in real time.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during sensitive calls.
- Work five days a week, nine hours per day (including a one‑hour break), with rotational night and overnight shifts.
- Attend a paid three‑week training program and pass the assessment to retain the role.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken Moroccan Arabic (Darija).
- English speaking proficiency of at least B2 (CEFR).
- Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Access to a quiet, private room and a stable wired internet connection at home.
- Willingness to work night and overnight rotational shifts.
