About the role
Liquidity is seeking a highly organized, service‑oriented Office Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator to support day‑to‑day office functions and ensure a seamless experience for employees and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver warm welcomes and manage the full guest lifecycle, including meeting preparation.
- Handle office logistics, maintenance, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Manage documents, employee administration, and internal services while identifying automation opportunities.
- Oversee expense tracking and budgeting to improve operational efficiency.
Required profile
- 0–3 years of experience in office administration, operations, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional appearance.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Service‑oriented mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
