Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead to join a leading enterprise client in the United Arab Emirates. The role will be based onsite in Abu Dhabi/Dubai and will involve driving end‑to‑end implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops with SCM stakeholders to capture current processes and pain points.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including Procurement, Self‑Service Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Inventory Management and Cost Management.
• Design month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes for receipt accounting, cost management and inventory period close.
• Prepare BR100 configuration documents, functional test scripts, and training materials.
• Collaborate with technical teams on reporting (BIP/OTBI), data conversion (FBDI) and integration requirements.
• Conduct CRP sessions, functional testing, and provide UAT support to business users.
• Coordinate an offshore delivery team for design, development, testing and deployment.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of hands‑on Oracle SCM experience, specifically with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Successfully led at least three full‑cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
• Proven ability to work directly with end users and manage offshore resources.
• Strong functional expertise in Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Inventory and Cost Management.
