Outdoor Sales Manager

About the role

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a high‑performing Outdoor Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across retail, wholesale and contract segments in Dubai. The role focuses on expanding the brand’s presence beyond traditional showrooms by targeting furniture retailers, hospitality projects and interior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, negotiate and close new business with high‑end furniture retailers, wholesale distributors, independent bedding stores and hospitality projects.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic key accounts, ensuring premium product positioning.
• Design and execute outdoor sales plans and local promotional initiatives to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Secure corporate contracts with hotels, real‑estate developers and large‑scale project managers.
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies and competitor activities in the luxury bedding sector.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports using CRM and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of proven outdoor sales experience in consumer goods, home furnishings or bedding.
• Experience managing distributor networks or retail key accounts.
• Lebanese or Jordanian nationality and currently residing in Dubai.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
