Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer

About the role

Luxoft is looking for a senior Palantir Foundry & Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI‑driven workflows, agents, and applications. You will work directly with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions within the Palantir ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, transformations, and applications in Palantir Foundry.
• Implement AIP use cases such as copilots, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) workflows, and decision‑support agents.
• Integrate ontology‑augmented generation (OAG) for logic‑rich decision making.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design, instruction sets, and evaluation.
• Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements, deliver end‑to‑end solutions, and provide training.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Identify opportunities to expand AIP adoption and improve automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of IT/Data experience, including 5 years as a Data Platform Engineer.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with the Palantir Foundry ecosystem.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently with non‑technical users.
