Patient Administration Executive – Al Nahda, Dubai

About the role

The Patient Administration Executive will be the first point of contact for patients visiting the Al Nahda branch of Speciality Hospital Dubai. This role ensures smooth patient flow, accurate record‑keeping and timely handling of financial transactions related to medical services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, direct them to the appropriate departments and provide routine hospital information.
• Answer telephone inquiries, relay messages to doctors or nurses and arrange callbacks.
• Manage appointments, including handling no‑shows, rescheduling and sending confirmations.
• Register new patients and keep existing patient records up to date.
• Explain medical insurance coverage, collect co‑payments and issue claim forms for reimbursements.
• Process daily cash collections, credit‑card slips and cheque deposits at the designated desk.

Required profile

• College diploma in any discipline or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• High level of confidentiality and critical thinking.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
