Performance Marketing Manager (Real Estate & Luxury Investment)

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive high‑value digital prospect acquisition for our real‑estate and luxury investment portfolio. The role combines technical expertise, data‑driven optimisation and direct‑response copywriting to turn advertising spend into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and scale acquisition campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads, targeting high‑net‑worth individuals and global investors.
• Monitor and optimise core KPIs (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS) while ensuring lead quality and reducing unqualified registrations.
• Integrate lead data instantly into Bitrix24 CRM, conduct technical audits to prevent leakage and maintain pipeline governance.
• Deploy and maintain tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, custom UTM parameters and GA4 to guarantee accurate attribution.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests on ad copy, creative concepts and landing pages to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience managing sizable budgets for high‑ticket lead generation, preferably in luxury real‑estate or investment sectors.
• Expert‑level mastery of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads; certifications strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Bitrix24 (or equivalent CRM), Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for lead routing and attribution.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AdCreative.ai and Midjourney to accelerate copywriting and creative testing.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and direct‑response copywriting ability focused on investor behaviour.
