Personal Assistant to CEO (Russian Speaker)

About the role

Harakter Invest is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support its CEO in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position requires fluency in Russian and English and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast‑moving international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence in both Russian and English.
• Filter and prioritize communications, ensuring the CEO is well‑prepared for all engagements.
• Handle personal errands, maintain records and filing systems, and support internal and external stakeholder liaison.
• Uphold confidentiality and anticipate the CEO’s needs to maximize efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant in Dubai.
• Proven experience supporting senior or C‑level executives in a dynamic, international setting.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Fluency in Russian (written and spoken) and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid clerical abilities, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
