About the role

Join the vibrant team at OliOli® Children’s Museum in Dubai as a Play Facilitator. In this part‑time position you will help create joyful, inclusive experiences for young visitors, encouraging curiosity and exploration across our interactive galleries.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visitor’s experience is welcoming, culturally appropriate and memorable.
• Guide guests through the museum, explaining exhibits, programs and safety procedures.
• Facilitate hands‑on activities, manage exhibit spaces and collect visitor feedback.
• Follow daily opening and closing protocols, maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about children’s learning and play‑based education.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, empathetic approach.
• Ability to work flexible part‑time hours and collaborate with a multicultural team.
