Plumber – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

The Plumbing Technician will join the Engineering Department at Andaz Capital Gate, providing reliable plumbing services to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction. This onsite position ensures the smooth functioning of all water, drainage, and related mechanical systems across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests from hotel departments and guests.
• Assist in the operation and upkeep of the central plant and building management systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience in a hotel environment, or 4 years in a large building/complex with a central plant.
• Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Management is desirable.
• Strong commitment to delivering consistent, high‑quality service.
