Pricing Analyst

About the role

Join Etihad Cargo’s pricing team in Abu Dhabi, where you will help shape the network pricing and offer management to meet the airline’s revenue objectives. The role focuses on developing seasonal pricing strategies, monitoring performance, and supporting commercial teams across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement seasonal pricing strategies for the region in coordination with the commercial team, considering market forecasts and the Etihad Cargo business plan.
• Set prices by flow, rate type, customer and product, and identify opportunities for tactical pricing promotions.
• Create and evaluate offer portfolios for assigned routes, track their effectiveness and take corrective actions.
• Govern and monitor price and capacity allocations, ensuring optimal load factors and contribution.
• Conduct research and analysis using internal and external data to highlight regional opportunities and risks.
• Evaluate and approve spot rates, construct pricing proposals for global tenders, and guide commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional groups on new product launches, strategic initiatives and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of revenue management or related analytical experience.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing methodologies, modelling, cargo revenue management systems and flight planning.
• Highly numerate, strong communicator and decisive decision‑maker.
• Comfortable working with complex systems.
