PRO Officer – Government Relations in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PRO Officer to manage all government‑related procedures and public‑relations activities for our newly established Dubai‑based company. The role involves independently handling visa processes, approvals, renewals and coordinating with various UAE authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all PRO‑related activities and government transactions independently.
• Manage MOHRE, Immigration, Emirates ID, medical and visa processing for employees.
• Process company documents, renewals, applications and obtain necessary approvals.
• Coordinate with government departments and maintain accurate records of employee and company documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of all regulatory requirements and support official submissions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government portals, procedures and approval processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure and immediate availability.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of MOHRE, Immigration, Emirates ID and visa processes.
• Familiarity with UAE government documentation and approval workflows.
