Procurement Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing of goods and services for a reputable Dubai‑based organization. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to ensure cost‑effective, timely procurement while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contracting.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements to achieve best value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments on purchasing needs.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare reports and forecasts related to procurement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or supply‑chain experience with managerial responsibility.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and contract management capabilities.
• Experience with procurement systems and ERP platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and decision‑making skills.
• Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) are a plus.
