Product Development Executive

About the role

The Product Development Executive will lead the creation and launch of new products while ensuring existing business processes run smoothly. This role bridges sales, logistics, and research to align product initiatives with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Process all existing business orders, including preparation of shipping documentation.
• Coordinate daily tasks with offices, shipping, and customer service teams.
• Analyse sales figures and market supply‑demand dynamics for the product portfolio.
• Oversee research for new products and report findings to management.
• Ensure product development activities are aligned with organisational objectives.
• Provide recommendations on the feasibility and practicality of products under development.
• Demonstrate expertise in relevant industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Report to top management and manage a business segment as assigned.
• Apply business acumen and leadership to integrate and learn efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Management or related field.
• Full computer literacy.
• Knowledge of the pharma or food industry in the GCC is preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping and banking documentation is a plus.
• Organised, able to multitask and take initiative.
• Goal‑oriented, eager to learn and progress within the organisation.
• Professional demeanor, presentable and reliable.
• Team player who remains focused during working hours.
