Product Service Line Manager – Corporate

About the role

As the Product Service Line (PSL) Manager, you will steer the corporate product portfolio for Human Capital, Corporate Affairs, Legal and Internal Audit solutions. You will align product strategy with business objectives and lead a dedicated team of product owners and technical experts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product portfolio strategy across multiple HR and corporate domains.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to product owners and technical experts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Promote a high‑performance culture that drives innovation and digital transformation.
• Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver strategic guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; Master’s or MBA in HRM preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering successful product outcomes in HR technology.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP HCM and non‑SAP HR solutions.
• Proven track record implementing SuccessFactors, SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA HCM.
• Experience leading teams within an agile development framework.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
