Project Control Specialist II – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Worley Parsons is seeking a Project Control Specialist II to provide specialist project control services for its global energy, chemicals and resources projects. The role supports the Worley project control system, assists with system rollout, and ensures accurate cost and schedule management across project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist project control services and support the Worley project control system.
• Assist the Business Systems Group in system rollout, initial configuration and training activities.
• Liaise with project teams to ensure correct utilisation of the system according to project requirements and corporate guidelines.
• Develop project set‑up in collaboration with project management, system administration and document control.
• Deliver planning and scheduling services to meet project completion dates.
• Perform cost control, profitability monitoring and invoice advice verification.
• Analyse costs and schedules, reporting anomalies and forecasting impacts on final cost and schedule.
• Support proposal development with planning, scheduling and cost estimation.
• Facilitate communication between project managers, discipline leads, system administrators and document controllers.
• Own cost control data integrity, coordinate with finance and liaise with clients on invoicing.
