Fit-out Projects Manager

About the role

Bond Interiors is seeking an experienced Fit-out Projects Manager to lead the successful delivery of interior fit‑out projects across commercial, retail, hospitality and residential sectors. The role ensures projects meet company standards, contractual obligations, budgets and timelines while supporting senior management’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor construction programmes and procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Coordinate health, safety and quality plans, prepare method statements and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Manage procurement of finishing materials, monitor drawing submissions and maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, NCRs and inspection requests.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, produce detailed minutes, and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly progress reports with site photographs, oversee KPI reporting and ensure smooth project execution on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline (preferred).
• 10–15 years of proven experience in engineering, construction or project management, handling portfolios up to AED 50 million.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, high attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
