Project Director – PMCM (Construction & Project Management)

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Project Director to lead our Project Management and Construction Management (PMCM) initiatives in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for steering complex, high‑value projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all phases of project and construction management operations.
• Develop comprehensive project strategies, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary project teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates to executive leadership, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee contract management, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and ensure compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
• Analyze performance data and financial metrics; prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Champion innovation and best practices in project management methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in project and construction management.
• At least 10 years in a director‑level or senior leadership position.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale projects with budgets exceeding $10 million.
• Advanced knowledge of PM methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency with project scheduling and control tools.
