Public Relations Officer – Government Relations & Compliance

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Public Relations Officer to lead government relations, employee documentation, licensing and compliance activities for a leading consumer‑goods company operating across the UAE and GCC. The role will ensure smooth immigration processes and maintain all statutory requirements for the organisation and its staff.
Key responsibilities
- Process employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations and manage all immigration procedures.
- Prepare and submit labour and immigration documentation to UAE government authorities.
- Coordinate Emirates ID applications, medical examinations and onboarding paperwork.
- Oversee trade‑license renewals and support the setup of new licences in GCC jurisdictions.
- Liaise with MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Free‑Zone authorities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records ensuring compliance with all regulatory deadlines.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of PRO experience within the UAE, preferably in an Emiratization role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration and licensing procedures.
- Proven experience interacting with government authorities and online portals.
- Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
- Organisational and relationship‑management abilities.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
