About the role
Ayat Development seeks a highly organized Executive Office Coordinator to support senior management and ensure smooth coordination among consultants, contractors, authorities and internal teams. The role combines administrative excellence with proactive project support in a fast‑paced development environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily workflow between consultants, contractors, government authorities and internal departments.
- Assist executive management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Draft, review and manage professional letters, reports and emails in Arabic and English.
- Attend meetings, represent the company professionally and prepare accurate minutes of meetings.
- Follow up on action items, approvals, permits and other coordination matters.
- Maintain organized records of correspondence, project documents, engineering drawings and company files.
- Manage executive calendars, appointments and meeting schedules.
- Prepare presentations, reports and company profiles for internal and external audiences.
- Support documentation and communication related to engineering drawings, technical submissions and contractor correspondence.
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
