Real Estate Consultant – Multilingual (Spanish/French/Russian/German/Italian)

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual Real Estate Consultant to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will use their language skills to serve international and local clients, guiding them through buying, selling, and leasing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present listings to clients.
• Advise clients on current market trends and pricing.
• Prepare and present property listings in the company’s systems.
• Negotiate offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with internal asset‑management and property‑management teams.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
• Build and nurture relationships with international and local clients using multilingual communication.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real‑estate markets, both residential and commercial.
• Proven sales experience, including lead generation, client follow‑up, and closing transactions.
• Effective negotiation skills and familiarity with UAE real‑estate regulations.
• Fluency in at least one of Spanish, French, Russian, German or Italian, plus professional proficiency in English.
• Client‑focused, ethical approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain RERA certification if not already held.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai.
