Graduate Analyst – Strategic Consulting

About the role

JLL is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join its Strategic Consulting team in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates the chance to work on high‑impact real‑estate projects across the MENA region, developing analytical and problem‑solving skills alongside senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on real‑estate markets, trends, regulations and competitive landscapes, synthesising data into actionable insights.
• Support the development of real‑estate strategies, analysing portfolio performance, space utilisation and cost‑optimisation opportunities.
• Build financial models to evaluate investment scenarios, feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Contribute to client engagements, including workshops, site visits and project management activities.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports and data visualisations for executive audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Strategy, Finance or a related field; recent graduate (within 2 years) with strong academic record.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to structure complex problems and conduct statistical analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario modelling).
• Expert PowerPoint for executive‑level presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistical software (SPSS, R, Python) is advantageous.
