Graduate Analyst – Capital Markets

About the role

JLL is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join its Capital Markets team in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates the chance to work on real‑estate investment and advisory projects across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research on office, retail, industrial, hospitality and residential sectors, preparing reports and investment briefs.
• Build and maintain financial models, perform DCF analysis, income capitalization and valuation using IRR, equity multiples and cash‑on‑cash metrics.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, coordinate due diligence, and support deal execution from origination to closing.
• Prepare client presentations, maintain investor databases and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration or related field; recent graduate (within 2 years).
• Strong academic performance with quantitative aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Motivated team player with ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for creating professional presentations.
• Familiarity with Argus or similar real‑estate modelling software (advantageous).
