Real Estate & Hospitality Events Expert – $70/hr Remote

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its newest language model on professional real‑estate, hospitality and events documentation. The role is fully remote, part‑time (5‑20 hours per week) and pays $70 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks for property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, and venue sourcing proposals.
• Develop and review event run‑of‑show schedules, banquet event orders and guest‑experience service standards.
• Collaborate with the AI team to improve core workflow outputs and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in real‑estate transactions, hospitality operations or event production.
• Hands‑on experience producing property listing packages, lease abstracts, or venue sourcing proposals.
• Proven ability to manage event run‑of‑show scheduling, banquet orders and premium hospitality service standards.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet and slide‑deck craftsmanship with strong written communication and attention to detail.
